Felicity Weston
DIRECTOR & LICENSED CONVEYANCER
Felicity has been an integral part of the Impero Conveyancing team since September 2020 and is now a proud co-owner of the business.
A Licensed Conveyancer with more than a decade of experience, Felicity graduated at the top of her class in Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice Course, an achievement that reflects her dedication and expertise in the industry.
Felicity is passionate about providing exceptional service and making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. She takes genuine pride in guiding clients through their property transactions, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
In addition to residential conveyancing, Felicity has extensive experience in business contracts, commercial and retail leasing, and retirement village leases. She is also a Justice of the Peace.
As co-owner of Impero, Felicity is committed to continuing the strong relationships, personalised service and supportive team culture the business is known for, while helping lead Impero into its next chapter.
Outside of work, Felicity enjoys spending quality time with her children and loves nothing more than a relaxing movie day at home.
Brenna Scifleet
director and Operations Manager
With more than a decade of experience in the conveyancing industry, Brenna has built a reputation for her commitment to excellence, strong leadership and passion for operational efficiency. Now a proud co-owner of Impero Conveyancing, Brenna plays an integral role in leading the business and ensuring both clients and the team receive the support they need.
Having been recognised as a Finalist for Young Employee of the Year in Lake Macquarie in both 2019 and 2020, Brenna brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a practical approach to problem-solving and a genuine dedication to delivering exceptional service.
As Director and Operations Manager, Brenna is passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace, developing efficient processes and ensuring Impero continues to deliver the high standard of service its clients have come to know and trust.
Together with Felicity, Brenna is excited to lead Impero into its next chapter, building on the strong foundations of the business while continuing to nurture the relationships and team culture that make Impero special.
Outside of the office, Brenna enjoys spending time with her kids, hiking, swimming and tending to her garden and chickens. She’s also a loyal supporter of the mighty Panthers and enjoys the occasional Bravo binge.
Isabella Ninevski
Conveyancing assistant
One of our rising stars at Impero, Isabella, was recently a Local Hunter Business Award 2025 finalist for Outstanding Youth! She goes above and beyond to solve any problems and works closely with our Senior Conveyancer, Felicity, assisting across all client matters.

Fiona Eastwood
Founder
Fiona Eastwood founded Impero Conveyancing with a vision to do conveyancing differently, creating a business built on genuine relationships, exceptional client care and a supportive team culture.
With more than two decades of experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, Fiona established Impero over a decade ago and grew it into a respected conveyancing business, supported by a dedicated team and a loyal community of clients and referrers.
Throughout her time at Impero, Fiona was passionate about creating a workplace where her team could thrive, while ensuring clients felt supported and understood throughout their property journey.
In 2026, Fiona proudly handed over the business to long-standing team members Felicity Weston and Brenna Scifleet, who continue to lead Impero with the same commitment to clients, relationships and service that has always been at its heart.
Fiona’s vision and contribution remain an important part of Impero’s story, and the business continues to build on the strong foundations she established.
