With the right support team instead it can be a rewarding and exciting process.
Impero Director, Fiona Eastwood, is a licensed conveyancer with years of experience across a range of industries and sectors. She has worked within private practice, family business and larger organisations and is a graduate in Conveyancing Law & Practice from Macquarie University.
Fiona launched Impero Conveyancing to provide a unique approach where she is able to tailor the service to the individual needs of her clients.
Part of the impetus was to also to develop a more consistent work/life balance for herself and her family – which is also where the name for Impero began. It is the Italian translation of the word ‘Empire’, which Fiona sees as capturing an ‘entire’ – such as family/life/work/balance.
Fiona has mastered the art of multitasking and perfected her time management, crucial skills to deliver a high level of service for her conveyancing clients. She prides herself on Impero Conveyancing providing a more personalised approach, finding solutions that suit her clients and their specific needs.
As a boutique consultancy, Impero Conveyancing is able to be flexible in the delivery of services – offering more than the traditional 9am-5pm appointment times and able to meet clients in a location that suits them. Alternatively Fiona can undertake the process completely remotely, via electronic means, if that is the preferred approach of her clients.
Impero Conveyancing provides tailored advice for clients and with a specific focus on conveyancing, rather than all areas of law. As a licensed conveyancer, Fiona ensures she is across all changes in the industry, whether large or small. Her clients have the benefit of one point of contact throughout their entire transaction and she strives to go the extra mile. Impero Conveyancing clients can also be assured that they will have meaningful and ongoing communication through the process.
With a competitive fee structure, Impero Conveyancing is a cost effective solution for Newcastle and Hunter clients. Our role is to act in your best interests, so we will make sure you have all the right paperwork completed in full and on time.
Our aim to take the load off you by undertaking the legal side of things, efficiently, effectively and most importantly – correctly!
Fiona is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, the Hamilton Business Chamber, the Hunter Business Chamber, genXwomen and is also a Justice of the Peace.
