Fiona Eastwood

Principal and Founder

As the founder and principal of Impero Conveyancing, Fiona has worked as a Licensed Conveyancer for around two decades, and she holds a Conveyancing Law and Practice qualification from Macquarie University. Fiona had a desire to run a conveyancing business that stood out from her experiences of companies she had worked for in the past. She particularly wanted to focus on being an empathetic and understanding employer with a desire to build a business that would support a healthy work-life balance, both for herself and her employees.

It’s fair to say Fiona loves the industry she’s in and she spends a lot of time researching, learning and making predictions based on local real estate trends and client feedback. 

Felicity Weston

Licensed conveyancer

Felicity has been part of the Impero Conveyancing team since September 2020. She is a Licensed Conveyancer with more than a decade of experience. Felicity surprised herself by coming first place in her graduating class for Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice Course but we’re not surprised at all because she clearly knows her stuff, as our clients often attest to!

Felicity goes out of her way to give her clients the absolute best service possible and she experiences a lot of joy and pride in assisting her clients with their purchases. As well as standard property law, Felicity is also experienced in business contracts, commercial and retail leasing, and retirement village leases. Felicity is also a Justice of the Peace.

When she gets time to relax, she loves nothing more than a movie day at home with her children.

Sheriden Pethybridge

Conveyancing Assistant

Sheriden is our Conveyancing Assistant and has been with us since 2022. She initially joined us as a temp but she enjoyed the work so much, we asked if she’d be interested in joining us on a permanent basis. Thankfully, she agreed right away! Sheriden will likely be the first point of contact for many of you when you first reach out to Impero Conveyancing and we’re sure you’ll agree she is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and efficient. We certainly wouldn’t be without her.

Sheriden has a lot of experience working in customer service, admin and reception roles over the years. She makes it her mission to ensure each of our clients feels valued and happy with the service and we know our clients agree.

In her spare time, Sheriden loves spending time with her husband and two children. They love to head out for breakfast and then see where the day takes them. They also enjoy working on their home and garden, and can often be found at Bunnings planning out their next project.
