Fiona is the licensed conveyancer with the years of experience across a range of industries and sectors. She has worked within private practice, family business and larger organisations and is a graduate in Conveyancing Law & Practice from Macquarie University.
Part of the impetus was to also to develop a more consistent work/life balance for herself and her family – which is also where the name for Impero began. It is the Italian translation of the word ‘Empire’, which Fiona sees as capturing an ‘entire’ – such as family/life/work/balance.
In her spare time, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family on holidays and weekends away and enjoys catch ups with her girlfriends.
Elizabeth is the conveyancing assistant and has been working for Impero since January 2015. Elizabeth is a mother to twin boys and is also Fiona’s sister-in-law. Elizabeth had been out of the work force for several years as she was raising her children until they reached school age. Elizabeth has not previously worked in the conveyancing environment but has worked exceptionally hard at learning the process from scratch over the past few years. It is fair to say that Elizabeth is a great asset to the office and has the necessary knowledge to help our clients as well as other staff members. During Elizabeth’s spare time, she enjoys taking trips with her family and Zumba.
Originally from England, Lisa and her husband have been in Australia for 6 years and have recently brought their first home within a local suburb. Lisa has previously worked within the Real Estate environment and has been with the Impero team since October 2016, having been out of the work force for the past 2 years due to starting a family. Conveyancing is a new avenue for Lisa but one she is prepared to learn and assist our clients where possible. In Lisa’s spare time, she enjoys family time, going to the beach, socialising with friends and shopping.
Peta is the newest member to our team and has been employed with Impero since January 2017. Peta is employed as a trainee administration assistant and incorporates Tafe into her working week. Peta is a young bubbly person and is only too happy to help you. In Peta’s spare time she enjoys catching up with friends and spending time with her family.
